On June 14, 2008 our son Mike surprised us with an anniversary party at the Savannah Center in The Villages, Florida

Jeanne's Anniversary Bouquet
Actually, our celebration started a few days before the party with the visit of Jeanne's brother Tom and his wife LaVonne from Minnesota. Also a surprise - at the party, was our daughter Kathy and granddaughter Kelly from Minnesota, and Jeanne's brother Bob and wife Mary from Chicagoland.

Two days after the party, Tom and LaVonne left for home, Bob and Mary went with us for our annual get-away to Longboat Key, and Kathy and Kelly "moved" from their motel into our home. Bob and Mary stayed three days with us in our cottage on Longboat Key, and then Kathy and Kelly joined us for the remainder of our stay.

We were excited that Bob and Mary, and Kathy and Kelly got the opportunity to share our stay in the sun, sand, cottage, and the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We had a great time!

We are very thankful to all who were involved for the work of organizing the party, all the relatives and friends who attended, Father Bob Fucheck for attending and renewing our wedding vows, and making the evening so memorable.
